Going abroad allowed me to grow in so many ways including building on my independence and problem solving. I made it a goal of mine to say yes to any opportunity while I was abroad and this opened me up to so many new experiences and I am so grateful for all that abroad and traveling had to offer.
HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I went to many events and festivals that were held in my host city and I connected with so many locals while I was there.
